Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and YPV LLC (Your Pura Vida), a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company that operates Mighty Casa. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Mighty Casa is a tool for organizing information about your properties: expenses, documents, contacts, maintenance, and reminders.
Plans, payment, and refunds
Paid plans are priced by how many properties you manage and are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. Where the service is offered in free early access, we will give you clear notice before your account requires a paid plan. 14-day money-back guarantee: if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full — just cancel from your account page or write to us. If you cancel later, your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for; after that your data stays readable, but creating properties requires an active plan. If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access while the payment is retried. We will tell you in advance before any price change applies to you.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 to use the service.
Your content
The data and documents you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service — for example, storing your documents, generating your reminder emails, and showing records to the people you invite. We never use your content to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to store unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or send spam through any feature. We may suspend accounts that do.
Not professional advice
Mighty Casa organizes the information you enter. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and reminder emails are a convenience — you remain responsible for your own deadlines and obligations.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We work to keep it reliable, but we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from your use of it, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Ending the relationship
You can delete your account at any time under Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not take away consumer protections that the law of your country of residence grants you and that cannot be waived by agreement.
